Put Your Own Oxygen Mask On First, Even While Sheltering-At-Home.

In Leadership and Life Hacks, I talk about doing something to take care of yourself. This holds true as much as ever in the sheltering-at-home age.

For me, that means working out every day. The tools exist for your athletic life to stay on track—if not thrive—while sheltering-at-home. Heck, even our daughters have started to look forward to almost daily sessions of Cosmic Kids Yoga on YouTube and to running at the park or on the treadmill at home with Peloton Family classes.

For being a devoted subscriber of #hacksthenewlsetter, please enjoy one complimentary 10-minute (recorded) coaching session with Abdul Sillah via this link. Abdul is a trainer to the athletic stars—and a dear personal friend. For years, he has coached me, my family, and my team at multiple companies. (You can follow him on Instagram @AbdulSillah1.)

THIS WEEK’S TIP LIST

1. Frontline Foods.
Frontline Foods is a fast-growing nationwide volunteer initiative that supports local restaurants and feeds heroes on the frontline in our local hospitals. It’s helping restaurants like Tamarine in Palo Alto and Arami in Chicago keep their workers employed and has enabled restaurants nationwide to deliver 70,000 meals to hospitals in the last four weeks. You can donate and get involved here.

2. Learn From a Chef.
Founder and former student Querida Qui started LearnFromAChef.org to facilitate online, small-group cooking classes taught by experienced chefs. All proceeds go to chefs (they have a growing roster of those) — go ahead and sing up for a class!

3. Romi Boutique.
Founder and GSB classmate Romi Mahajan is offering some stylish new looks at Romi’s – check them out here
