Women Have Rich, Multi-Dimensional Advantages.

I am lucky to count Marissa Mayer as one my closest friends and mentors. The foreword she generously wrote for Leadership and Life Hacks are two of my favorite pages in the book. In it, she eloquently describes how modern storytelling tends to see women as one-dimensional—”efficient or nurturing, honest or nice,” incapable of being both at once. This month, I invite you to celebrate women (and men) in your life who, like Marissa, remind you to cut through those false dichotomies and turn them into “rich, multi-dimensional advantages.”
