To Cleanse or Not to Cleanse

I am not a boomerang dieter; I am not a believer in fads. I do believe that a juice cleanse is a healthy way to reset as often as once a month. I don’t typically do three to five-day cleanses, opting instead for a one day juice cleanse, once a month vs. three days in a row of loading up on nutrients and beautiful, expensive colorful bottles of fruit and nuts and vegetables.

While I believe a plant-base, gluten, diary and alcohol-free first two weeks of the year is a great way to kick off 2023, I understand that it may not be appealing to all. That said, if you’re even curious, let alone interested, here are my “clean eating and drinking” Hacks for January 2023.
