This month (July 2022), Hudson Books will be featuring Leadership and Life Hacks: Insights from a Mom, Wife, Entrepreneur and Executive (ForbesBooks 2019) in 30 of its flagship airport bookstores- a two year delayed feature thanks to the pandemic.

Travel Hack 1: Always bring a refillable water bottle.
My favorites these days are by MiiR (https://www.miir.com/collections/bottles), but whichever refillable water bottle you fancy, bring one per person, and filler up before boarding!
 
Travel Hack 2 Travel Hack 2:  Always bring extra phone and iPad chargers
There is simply nothing more annoying or expensive than finding out you are missing a charger while on the road. The cost of the replacement at the airport is often 2-3x what it can cost on Amazon or elsewhere. So hope for the best- plan for the worst- and bring extras!
 
Travel Hack 3: Snacks, Snacks and More Snacks
 Starvation midflight or mid roadtrip  is the worst- the particularly when unsatisfying carbs are the only provided alternative. Our favorite travel snacks these days are the highly portable and tasty Seaweed Snacks, Brown Rice Cakes, Mini Babybel Cheese or Sargento String Cheese, and if we’re really well prepared, PBJ sandwiches or mac and cheese + plastic utensils for the kids.
